You hire the driver yourself. We take care of the search, pre-selection and organisational support until the start of employment – coordinated with our partner driving school in Rüsselsheim.

We look for suitable applicants and only present profiles that match your requirements.
Review of documents
We review existing licences, proof of experience and qualifications and show what is still missing.
Introductory interviews
We organise interviews between you and the applicants – for example by video, with language support if needed.
Planning the training
We coordinate the necessary training and examination steps with you organisationally.
Partner driving school in Rüsselsheim
Training takes place in cooperation with our partner driving school – easy to reach from within the region.
Documents and authorities
We help compile documents and coordinate with the competent authorities.
Support during the transition
We remain available during the initial period – for you and for your new employee.
What you contribute as an employer
A placement only succeeds if the conditions are clear from the outset. To be transparent, this is what is needed from your side:
- Direct employment contract
The driver is employed by you – not by us.
- Agreed pay
You pay the agreed wage, including during a training phase.
- Suitable work during training
Until the driving licence and qualification are obtained, a suitable role in your company is needed.
- Coordinating lessons and working hours
Lessons, time off and working hours are planned together.
- Clear responsibilities and costs
Who takes on which tasks and costs is agreed jointly and in writing in advance.
The legal framework in brief
The employment of professional drivers from outside the EU is governed by Section 24a of the German Employment Ordinance (Beschäftigungsverordnung) and requires the approval of the Federal Employment Agency.
If applicants do not yet hold an EU/EEA driving licence and the initial qualification, approval can be granted for employment during which both are obtained. To this end, the employment contract must provide for participation in the training, it must be possible to complete it within 15 months, and there must then be a specific job offer as a professional driver with your company. The applicant must also prove that they hold the relevant driving licence of their country of origin.
Until the driving licence and qualification have been obtained, the applicant may not work as a professional driver.

Costs and fees
- We agree our placement fee with you individually and in writing – before the search begins.
- Who covers the costs of driving school, examinations, accommodation or travel is decided jointly and set out in the contract.
- We can look into funding options with you. Whether funding is granted is decided solely by the competent body.
