How it works
How it works
From the first enquiry to the first working day: these steps are usually involved. The exact order and duration depend on the individual case.
-
The employer reports their need
In a needs assessment we clarify the number of drivers, vehicle classes, place of work, routes and desired start.
-
The applicant submits a profile
Interested drivers send us a short, non-binding profile – without documents.
-
Requirements and suitable positions are reviewed
We match qualifications, experience and language skills with open positions and identify missing steps.
-
Employer and applicant get to know each other
In introductory interviews, both sides decide whether they want to work together.
-
Contract and training are agreed
Employment contract, pay, work during training, lessons and costs are defined together.
-
Documents and entry are coordinated
We help compile the documents. Approval and visa are applied for with and granted by the competent authorities.
-
Training and the start of work are supported
After arrival, we support the training in Rüsselsheim and the start with the employer.
The exact order and duration depend on the individual case.
We cannot influence processing times at authorities, embassy appointments or examination dates. That is why we plan with realistic time frames and keep everyone openly informed.

Please note: we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Only the competent authorities decide on visas, approval by the Federal Employment Agency, driving licences and examinations.
Let’s talk about your need for drivers
An initial conversation is non-binding. You will find out what is possible, what you contribute and what the next steps are.
